Palm Springs International Airport
Palm Springs, CA

Palm Springs normally lands on runways 13R/L, unless winds at speeds of 10 knots or greater favor the use of 31L/R. Runways 13R/L are the designated calm winds runways and share a common left traffic pattern. Runways 31L/R share a common right traffic pattern. No circling is permitted to the southwest due to high rising terrain. Runway 13L/31R is designated for local General Aviation aircraft use only.

Obstacle Departure Procedure

Rwys 13L,13R, turn left heading 090 to intercept TRM R-304 to TRM VORTAC.

Rwys 31L, 31R, turn right direct PSP VORTAC, then via PSP R-124 and TRM R-304 to TRM VORTAC.

All aircraft climb in TRM holding pattern (E, right turns, 289 inbound) until reaching MEA or MCA for route of flight.
