We STRONGLY recommend that controllers at ZLA obtain a set of U.S. Terminal Procedures for California (volume SW3), (and if controlling Center or Las Vegas Approach, Volume SW4), as well as sectional and terminal area charts for the areas they wish to control.
These are most easily ordered from the National Aeronautical Charting Office.  You can order either via mail, or by email with a credit card number.

At a bare minimum, you must download and understand the complete set of DPs and STARS for any facility you are interested in working.  A complete set of these are available on the Airports link of the ZLA website.

Availability of some charts on the ZLA website is not guaranteed.
