1. PURPOSE. This Letter of Agreement establishes standard procedures for handling air traffic between the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZDV) and Los Angeles Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZLA).

2. CANCELLATION. This cancels the previous LOA dated Nov 1, 2006.

3. PROCEDURES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The following shall apply unless otherwise coordinated:

a. ZDV Shall:

(1) Route aircraft as follows:

(a) LAX arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC PGS RIIVR STAR (or PGS RDEYE STAR if arriving between midnight and 6:30am local)

(b) SNA arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC TBC J236 EED TNP PSP KAYOH STAR

(c) ONT arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC PGS J64 HEC ZIGGY STAR

(d) BUR arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC PGS DAG LYNXX STAR

(e) SAN arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC TBC J236 EED BARET STAR

(f) LAS arrivals: ROCKI4 DVC LUXOR/GRNPA STAR

(2) Perform automated handoffs with ZLA.

b. ZLA Shall:

(1) Route aircraft as follows:

(a) DEN or DEN Terminal area arrivals: LAS J146 HBU POWDR STAR

(b) COS arrivals: LAS ALS DBRY STAR or LAS HBU DBRY STAR

(c) ASE arrivals: J146 DVC PITMN DBL

(d) EGE arrivals: LAS J146 HBU RIL RLG EGE

(2) Perform automated handoffs with ZDV.

c. Either Center may at its discretion provide direct routing to RNAV or GPS-equipped aircraft with destinations in the receiving Center's airspace, but no further than a transition point on a published STAR. For airports that are not served with a published STAR, direct routing may be applied to a NAVAID nearest to the destination airport as per the routing requirements above.

4. DISCLAIMER. This Letter of Agreement shall apply only to the simulated ZDV and ZLA of the VATSIM/VATUSA network. In no way shall this document be used for real-life purposes.
