Continuous Quality Improvement
1. PURPOSE.

5. REQUIREMENTS. The ZLA Air Traffic Manager, Deputy Air Traffic Manager and The Training Administrator: 1. Shall periodically observe the performance of the ZLA staff in order to identify opportunities for improvement. 2. May remove a controller from his position because of one or more operational errors (“deals”). 3. May require a mandatory practical examination (“Over-the-shoulder”) prior to plugging into certain ZLA control positions without Instructor supervision. 4. May require mandatory additional training with a ZLA Instructor prior to plugging into certain ZLA control positions without Instructor supervision. | |||||||
